* WPLUG is 13 years old as of this September
How shall we celebrate this at the Annual membership meeting this
October? Let's talk about it.

* Software Freedom Day Celebration
We will discuss how our user group has been involved in promoting Free
Software, no matter what operating system one uses. Software Freedom
Day goodies will be on hand.

* Open Source Participation discussion with Dr. Rachel Chung of
Carlow University
Are you now or have you ever participated in open source? Why or why
not? Many large projects encourage participation from those with a
variety of talents - not just programming skills.

Thanks,

Beth Lynn Eicher
