WPLUG will hold its annual election meeting on Saturday, November 13th,
2010, starting at 2pm at the Panera Bread Galleria on US Route 19 in Mt.
Lebanon. During this meeting, we will elect the WPLUG Board of Directors for
2010-2011.

The business meeting will start promptly at 2:15pm. Votes may be cast by
mail or in person at the meeting. Your vote must be received before the
polls close to be counted, so show up by 2:15pm to be sure you get to cast
yours.

Ballots with instructions for voting will be distributed to the membership
and made available online. A link to the ballot online will be sent to the
wplug-members list once prepared.

Qualifications for Directors are listed in Section 6.4 of the WPLUG bylaws.
You may vote for any eligible person.

We will have two presentations during the counting of the ballots. The
schedule will be as follows:

2:00pm - Doors open, setup.
2:15pm - Business Meeting/Election starts. Polls close, and tellers are
selected.
2:45pm - First Featured Presentation by Robert Blackwell, Arduino.
3:45pm - Second Featured Presentation by Mark Dalrymple, Objective-C.
5:00pm - Meeting ends. Election results will be announced prior to the end.

DRAFT Minutes for October 23, 2010

The regular monthly meeting of the Western Pennsylvania Linux Users
Group was held on Saturday, October 23, 2010, at 2:15 PM, at the
Wilkins School Community Center, the regular presiding officer being
in the chair.

Nominations for the 2010 Board of Directors election were opened. The
following individuals were nominated:
* Terry Golightly
* Jim Harris
* Bob Turley
* Stanley Slomberg
* Beth Lynn Eicher
* Vance Kochenderfer
Nominations were then closed.

The meeting adjourned at 2:25 PM.
