I received sad news the other day from Jeff Kephart. Bob Turley passed 
away. He and Jeff were returning from a trip to North Carolina, when Bob 
fell ill.  In case you don't remember Bob, he was the portly gentlemen 
who used a walker to get around, was accompanied by Jeff his friend and 
assistant.

A memeber in good standing for over 4 years, Bob was a regular at 
installfests and many General User Meetings and on at least one occasion 
served as an Election Teller.
