[wplug] Switch recommendation

I'm not sure how you define reasonably priced, but I'd recommend a
Juniper EX2200. CDW says they can ship you one for about $1000. As for
hassle, it's got a really nice web gui interface to manage the switch,
so it should be pretty much plug and play.
