Yes, as long as PubkeyAuthentication is "yes" in the sshd_config of
the server and in the ssh_config (or ~/.ssh/config) for the client.

Also, make sure that the server user's ~/.ssh directory has the
correct UNIX permissions (recommended is 0700 I believe).
