[wplug] iPod touch and linux?

Thinking of getting an iPod Touch. Anyway to run Linux on it? Also I
heard it can use a wifi hotspot, but my friend said he isn't sure if
it will work with time limited hotspots like Starbucks or places that
make you register to use the service. Anyone have experience with this
I'd love your thoughts. Also are there any good free games for it? I
heard it is possible to make phone calls from it if it is using wifi -
is that true?
