I don't work for them, and I'm cc'ing the -jobs list as per charter, but I've had very good experiences (both input and output) with Raeder-Landree.  We've gotten a bunch of employees there over the years, and I've gotten two gigs through those guys myself.  We also get good contractors through Testa.  Finally, a lot of our good candidates come from the Pittsburgh Tech Council job boards.
