I believe all the locals that provided fiber got gobbled up, 
telerama, citynet ended up merging with Nidhog so if their fiber is 
gone, I don't think you'll find anyone else. They all piggybacked on Verizon.

I switched from Comast to Verizon about a year ago. Comcast has a 
250GB cap on their service with effected me and caused me to switch. 
Don't know if that will effect you but something to think about. Also 
Verizon price to speed ratio was better. Both being evil Corporations 
I went the one with more for my dollar.
