[wplug] Quick iptables rule question

I've setup a small centos box to act as a bridging firewall.  I have two
interfaces on this machine, both in the bridge and no addresses assigned to
either.

Everything is working as expected, I am able to block what I want etc.

I need help creating a rule to redirect all traffic destined for port 80 to
particular IP.  (In order to display a message to users about web access
being blocked.)
