It better be (I'm talking to you, Rick!)  And the FCC ought to fasttrack
the sale of the VHF/UHF space.  

I'm a fan of using it for wireless pro audio, but we could do some
serious damage to ma-Bell and Satan's Spawn (Comcast) market share if
local WISPs can get regional buy-in.
