[wplug] SNMP Manager

I would like to get a recommendation for a good Linux SNMP Network
Manager. I have looked on-line for reviews and they all give very low
marks (0 - 1 star) for the tools they evaluated. I need a fairly basic
tool that will import my MIB file, discovery devices on the sub-net,
walk the O.I.D. table and receive and acknowledge traps. I don't care
if it has its own MIB table collection, as I will only be using it to
test a device I am designing.
