You can enter the IP and gatewy that into /etc/network/interfaces  For syntax, 
see "man 5 interfaces"  The DNS servers go in /etc/resolv.conf like this:
nameserver 66.92.159.2
nameserver 216.231.41.2

Though really, this only matters if you're not using a router.
