[wplug] Alpha issues, slightly OT

Hello Everyone,
I'm not quite to the point where this is on topic, but I'm not finding
much help out there in my searches.
I was given a DEC AlphaServer 1200 (single 533mhz processor) by a
co-worker, which I am thinking of
installing Debian or Gentoo on. But I've hit a snag before getting to
that point. It seems that the CPU is
unable to contact the PCI Bus, I get the following error:

P0 TEST 5 IOD0

I am looking for the ideal way to troubleshoot this beyond reseating
everything, This was a machine that
worked when mu coworker brought it home, but was never used there and
just sat for it's duration at that
location.
