I have a CentOS xen guest machine that was created by an Ubuntu domain 0
machine.

Long story short, I had to create new keys for it. With my distro it was
just a matter of deleting the old keys and restarting sshd. I would suspect
the same works for sshd on Debian.

However, with CentOS and Fedora there was no official upgrade route for
handling bad sshd keys. So there might be a more canononical (no pun
intended) fix for Debian or Ubuntu.
