1. Download http://www.sysresccd.org
2. Burn as many copies as you want to simultaneously image
3. Install the master system, power it down.
4. Boot master with the CD, kick off http://www.partimage.org server
5. Connect all systems to same switch, setup IP connectivity.
6. Boot as many clients as you want with CDs, transfer image of master
to clients.

All easy to do with a nice curses-based menu-driven interface and
works like a charm.
