A VLAN is identified by a special VLAN tag in the ethernet frame. You
need a VLAN-capable (smart) switch to be able to use VLANs.

Perhaps there are other ways to achieve whatever you are trying to do.
What are you trying to accomplish with two dynamic addresses on the same
interface?
