Recent versions of xorg can often detect the whole configuration
automatically, so you only need an xorg.conf if it misses something or
you want to tweak the configuration.

For example, my xorg.conf contains only Monitor and Screen sections
that specify the layout of my dual-screen setup -- nothing at all
about the driver, fonts, keyboard, etc.
