Thanks Brian.

The article in Post Gazette just reported what Chris' email from Doug  
Luce reported.  We have no word on whether his negotiations with the  
local ISP were successful.  If so, perhaps somebody will resurrect the  
mail server.

Anybody know who the mystery ISP is?
