[wplug] Is Telerama out of business?

I can't get a hold of my ISP (http://www.telerama.com) and there is a rumor that they are going out of business. Does anyone know what is going on?

Also, could someone recommend an alternate ISP for me?  I need an ISP that will give me two static IPs for home use at a reasonable price.  I am not a business but  I like to play around and have my own web server.
