[wplug] Apache help

That shows the permissions on the index.html file but apache also needs
access to the directory itself.  What are the permissions on the directory
hosting index.html?  Also, if I recall correctly; the web directory itself
has to be marked executable (r-x) and not just readable (r--) for apache to
serve content properly... At least this used to be the case for apache
1.3.x.  I'm not sure if that's true for apache 2.x.
