Just to preface that ...
That's typically the response I get from a client, who has been sold
a solution by another consulting firm -- the one I've been hired to
"help them fix the 'solution,'" when I say, "It won't work. It will
never work. That solution does not do that. These are the things it
will and won't do." Etc...
