You might want to try drumming up some interest in the local
certification study group that has started to form, but hasn't
quite gotten off the ground yet

Ted Rodgers has been conducting some LPIC review sessions ahead
of the LPI exams to be held at Ohio LinuxFest (see the bottom of
the wiki page), but I'd think you would already need to have some
level of experience to get the most out of that.

Also, Ohio LinuxFest will be dedicating Friday to OLFU which will
include some system administrator training from LOPSA

on the web site, but you can probably contact the organizers for
more detail.
