[wplug] Visio Alternative

DIA

It is functional but can not import Visio diagrams, stencils.

It is funtional, but is not as polished IMAO, as Visio

For quick flow charts and logic diagrams it is very sufficient though.

Version I am using:
dia-0.96-1.fc7
