[wplug] Slightly OT: Voip services, mainly skype on Linux

Hi, I am using Skype on linux and it works great, it was wide open free 
for a good while but now you have to buy credit ahead to use it now 
other than other Skype members computer to computer, I made many long 
distance calls to friends and relatives free before the change.. Ed
