At present, I've got a server and five workstations.  We may get
another server later if we need it, and we'll be getting five more
workstations in another six months.

What I would like is to have each of the workstations mount /home from
a network share on the server.

This seems like a not uncommon thing, but I've never done it.

Any thoughts on what I should do?  If left to my own devices, I'd
probably try to setup NFS on the server, and mount the workstations
through it.

I don't really know what questions to ask, but I thought it would be
good to put out some feelers with the folks...
