[wplug] LUG Interest Waning?

Yeah, I wish I'd known there was a LUG in Pittsburgh last summer when I
first started out with Linux.  I found out about it because I go to DCLUG
when I'm at school and they're hosted on tux.org which has a LUG directory
including WPLUG.
