[wplug] Verizon DSL opinions?

I don't see how anyone can take one experience for fact.

With DSL it's possible to have a problem on the cable pair, causing you to
get poor service when you neighbor right next door gets gets excellent
speeds.

The same thing can happen with cable, one area can get good speeds because
that node may be less loaded than a node that serves an area a few miles
away.
