I replaced my old Toshiba cable modem with a new Linksys one and
haven't experienced any problems yet. I noticed that the new one has
a full-duplex 100 Mbps LAN link, while the old one was half-duplex 10
Mbps. My speedtest results seem to have improved by about 40%.
