[wplug] Sprint Mobile Broadband card with Linux

I'm curious if anyone has gotten a Sprint Mobile Broadband card
(specifically Novatel Wireless Merlin S720) working with SUSE. I
googled and found an article specific to Ubuntu here[1] and thought it
might be simple enough to replicate using the Modem module in YaST.

But I'm not sure what to put in the 'Number to be dialed' field and
also how to tell YaST that there's not authentication required as I
believe that's handled internally by the broadband card.

Any ideas?
