[wplug] Commandline blogger posting script

Howdy,

I'm looking for suggestions on a commandline script that I can use to post
to blogger. I know, not necessarily linux related, but I thought this group
would be better than likely to have some thoughts. 

I've looked around on the net, but my connectivity here is really poor --
hence why I need the script. I cannot even load bloggers web page here (in
Samoa). I have shell accounts in the states, and if I can find a script I
can overcome the connectivity issues.
