One of the great things about sound juicer is that it uses GStreamer, so
it's possible to output to a huge variety of formats.  Here's how you get
WAV files out of it.  In reality, you're probably better off with FLAC as a
starting point.  Takes up less disk space and allows for retention of metadata.
