[wplug] ipod management?

I see that there are many ways to interface an iPod to
linux these days, but as a Rio Karma* user I never had
any reason to explore them.  Now, I do- I want to
install a couple of large playlists on 2 separate
iPods.  Can anyone recommend a good software package
for this purpose?

I'm using Fedora 7 if it makes a difference.

* the Karma was incredible- thicker but shorter than
an ipod, played .flac, .wav and .ogg files out of the
box, and had a webserver *on the device* that served
the java client software.  Unfortunately, they all
broke about 5 minutes after removing them from the
package and now Rio is gone.
