[wplug] [OT] electrical problem with series 1 TiVo

I'm willing to fork() over some lunch money if somebody can fix an
electrical issue with my series 1 Philips branded TiVo.  The TiVo is
perfectly functional but for some [shocking] reason it appears the PSU
isn't grounding properly and is sending 24V A/C to the chassis and
through every cable connected to it.  It's not obvious to me why
that's happening.  I'm willing to bring the TiVo to you if it's within
the 'burgh, sooner is better than later.
