The ISO (CD) is only a 7.7M download here (F7-i386):  
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/releases/7/Fedora/i386/os/images/boot.iso

Or the IMG (USB) is only a 12M download here (F7-i386):  
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/releases/7/Fedora/i386/os/images/diskboot.img

I won't be able to make it as I'll be spending the weekend at my
in-laws.
