[wplug] Strange localhost http request

Hello everyone,

I have Apache running on my work PC for testing.  Today, I was looking on ebay 
for some software.  Later, I reviewed the Apache error log because PHP was not 
working properly.

I then noticed several strange 404 entries, apparently some ebay.com pages make 
a request from localhost to:

http://localhost/b/ss/ebay0/1/G.6-Pd-R/s+(random numeric string)

Anyone recognize this, know why?
