Here is a chance for WPLUG folks to network with another computer organization. AITP is not aligned with open source, but not necessarily opposed to it. One of the officers is a Microsoft partner, which is why Microsoft will be supporting the show. Do we have any Open Source companies to exhibit?
The AITP generally gets a couple dozen attendees. Maybe the show will bring out a few more.
The Sokol Club is very close to the Hot Metal Bridge on Carson street (outbound) so it is easy to get to. They serve overpriced, but good buffets.
I added our GUM to www.BusinessCaledar.org. I see that the Perl Mongers Workshop is already listed. When I tried to sign up for the Perl Mongers workshop, the scripting hung up on two seperate credit cards and wouldn't give me any way to get around the problem.
