[wplug] New York park goers to get free Internet Wi-Fi

I believe there is WiFi in some areas of Schenley Park, such as right
near Phipps. Also, I heard that the new Schenley Plaza between Hillman
Library and the Carnegie will have wireless once it opens in June.
