Hmm.  Well, maybe they just told you they went under.  Or maybe they're a 
new upstart trading off the name recognition of their predecessor. 
Either way, the line comes 7600 feet from the exchange courtesy of Verizon 
to my house, and then the last 20 feet are courtesy of Covad, so the only 
part Steel City gives me is my bill.
