I think that's an 'opinionated' response.

Do you have solid reasoning for suggesting this?

Tinydns/dnscache is my personal preference. Quite a few companies and
schools are using it from my setup. Everything works without fault.

In my opinion, that's like saying that the monolithic blob of code known as
sendmail is the only mail server to use...
