Here's a few recommendations:
StepMania
Enemy Territory  (and Enemy Territory Fortress)
UFO:AI

You might also consider loading up XGL for some mega eye candy.  Nothing
spells sexy like transparenty Quake 4 on the edge of a cube with a movie
running behind it.
