Actually it costs everyone lots of money because of the
resources (even if insured) to treat your mangled brain. It
makes all health care costs go up. And since states have to
pay for these higher costs through medicare/medicaid, it is
in their interest.

BTW I liked the wifi ed. I never thought of it that way...
