Wasn't this in the article from the Journal of Irreproducible Results
section of the Worm-Runner's journal ( a microbiologic specialty)? It
related statistical rainfall incidences to auto washings and the possible
attractive causes of mobile home parks to tornados?

Hi Mike,

Is this 10% overhead for TCP documented in any literature I can read?
Also do you know there is any overhead associated with UDP.
