[wplug] Verizon DSL service downgrade

yeah i noticed that with verizon i am supposed to get 864 KBits/Sec by 160
KBits/Sec but actually i only get 460 KBits/Sec by 131 KBits/Sec according
to broadband test <http://www.dslreports.com/stest>.

wtf mates?
