[wplug] Recycling old UPS batteries

Batteries Plus (http://www.batteriesplus.com/) will take old batteries 
and recycle them free of charge. They have several locations around 
Pittsburgh. Most of the time they have a cart outside that you can place 
the batteries on. You can take them inside to the counter as well.
