[wplug] Laptop MIDI

Sorry, the Yamaha and Voyetra devices were USB midi adapters.  I have attached 
several different midi devices using these adapters.  The other one was a 
generic game-port to midi adapter that I picked up at radio shack in the late 
90's.

I forgot, I had one more device of interest.  The ekeys 
(http://www.evolution.co.uk/products/evo_ekeys.htm) plugs straight into the USB 
port and works reasonably well as a very simple midi controller without any midi 
cables at all, and it's just small enough to fit in my exceptionally large 
laptop bag. Unfortunately, my kernel doesn't detect it properly until the 
second time I plug it in and I'm not sure why.
