[wplug] OT: Keyboard Mod/Stickers

Dear WPLUG,

A while back I offered out a bunch of stickers to replace those silly
"Windows" keys or to use as case badges.  (I hope everyone has enjoyed
them).  At that time I said I would make available the Keyboard Mod
howto and pics whenever I got the page done -- well it is finally done.
Yes, I know it has been a long time :-)
