[wplug] Network interface preferences?

When using my new laptop running fedora Core 4 at home, I connect to my 
network and boot up. It inits eth0 to my wired network, then inits eth1 
to a wireless network from one of my neighbors.

The wireless connection is weak and subject to a lot of dropped packets, 
so I would prefer to either not init the wireless or give preference to 
the network on eth0.  Where could I find some documentation as the best 
way to do this?

It is probably possible to use both interfaces to increase download 
speed, but I will deal with one issue at a time!
