This all goes without saying.  Maxtor 250's are for mp3s.  Mp3s you don't 
care about.

Dell ships a lot of Maxtor SCSI and SATA in the mid-range boxes.  Of 
course you're not going to run anything these days non-RAID, except maybe 
backup slices.
