Sorry I didn't see this one before.  It got in the wrong mail folder
due to the "Fwd".

I humbly thank you for the hacker point.

Here's the story.  I once was a tractor trailer mechanic.  The trucks 
had 2 batteries each.  The boss would occasionally take the pile of old
batteries to the junk yard and buy cases of beer on the way back.  The
beer got divided among drivers/boss/mechanic as a small perk.

See it's a "free as in beer" story.
