Very few. The ones that I've caught (an average of say 3 per month)
were because I was expecting a mail and didn't get it in the Spam
folder after searching. No way I can page through 13,000+ spams per
month that would be a full time job :) Whenever I do receive spam in
my inbox I click the "Report Spam" button but invariably more spam
will sneak through each week.
